Front Range Pediatric Therapies (FRPT) is looking for a passionate, patient focused Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing team on a full time basis serving Colorado Springs, CO as a full time clinician and Clinical Coordinator. We have a full caseload available for an OT ready to start upon hire. To be considered for this position, the ability to complete patient visits during after-school hours is highly desired.
We are offering a generous SIGN ON BONUS of $2,000-$4,000, dependent upon experience!
As an Occupational Therapist on our team, you will assess, develop therapy plans of care, and provide quality, evidence-based therapy. You will offer effective and family-centered services that foster your patients’ growth and development. As a therapist with FRPT, you will support patients and their families and work as part of a multidisciplinary team to uphold FRPT's mission to ensure the highest quality of care available for patients 0-18 years.
As a Clinical Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing oversight, guidance, and support to clinical staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and effective team collaboration. This role also involves mentoring new hires, supporting professional development, and maintaining a personal caseload while promoting the agency’s mission and values.

As an FRPT Therapist, you can expect:
This position is compensated on a per-visit basis rather than by a fixed salary. While an estimated earnings range may be provided for reference, actual income is determined by the number of visits rendered. There is no cap on the number of visits an employee can complete, meaning there is no limit to potential earnings. Employees have the opportunity to exceed the estimated compensation range based on productivity and scheduling availability.
