Occupational Therapy

Do you love pediatrics, believe therapy should be playful and evidence-based, and want to actually feel appreciated at work?

Come join Mindful Development Pediatric Therapy — a growing, heart-centered practice where children, families, and therapists are supported like humans first.

We’re excited to welcome either a:

Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)
or
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

who is:

  • Playful, creative, and compassionate

  • Passionate about child-led, family-centered care

  • Collaborative and open to learning

  • Excited about building relationships in a community setting

And yes — we offer a sign-on OR relocation bonus to help make your move easier.

🌈 About the Work

You’ll support children from infancy through adolescence who may experience:

  • Autism and ADHD

  • Sensory processing differences

  • Developmental delays

  • Feeding and self-care challenges

  • Emotional regulation needs

  • Fine motor, visual-motor, and functional skill delays

Services may include clinic-based, in-home, and community sessions — always with heavy caregiver involvement and coaching.

You’ll have room to be creative, grow professionally, and truly see the impact of your work.

💛 What We Offer

✔ Competitive compensation based on role and experience
Sign-on / Relocation Bonus
✔ Flexible scheduling + realistic productivity expectations
✔ Supportive mentoring and collaboration (perfect for newer clinicians!)
✔ Paid CE support
✔ Friendly, mission-driven team culture
✔ Opportunities to grow as we expand programs

Work/life balance matters here. Burnout is not the goal.

🧠 Who We’re Looking For

For OT applicants:

  • Licensed or license-eligible Occupational Therapist

  • Pediatrics experience preferred — new grads welcome!

For COTA applicants:

  • Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with active or pending state license

  • Comfortable collaborating closely with supervising OT

For both roles:

  • Kind communicator

  • Team-oriented

  • Curious and growth-minded

  • Values families as partners in care

Bonus if you have experience with feeding, sensory integration, or trauma-informed care — but we’re happy to train the right person.

🌄 Thinking of moving?

You’ll love:

  • Mountains, trails, lakes, and year-round outdoor adventure

  • A warm, small-town community

  • Slower pace of life (without being boring!)

  • Lower cost of living than many metro areas

We’ll help support your move with our relocation/sign-on bonus.
