We are an inclusive and supportive private practice offering music therapy, speech therapy, and now occupational therapy, here in Colorado Springs. You’ll be joining a team of music therapists and speech therapists who thoroughly enjoy what we do! We value autonomy, open and honest communication at all levels, and protecting work/life balance. Pay is per hour (admin, clinical, prep, etc), not per clinical hour. Pay starts at $42 hourly, depending on experience.
Benefits include a 401k with 3% match, 50 hours of paid time off per year, a monthly health stipend for part-time ($250 a month QSEHRA for full-time), and an annual continuing education stipend. Approximately 70-75% of your time would involve direct clinical work, starting at 15-20 hours a week, with the opportunity to stay PT or grow to FT if desired. You would have the ability to communicate your own scheduling preferences while still benefiting from admin taking care of scheduling, billing, and other back-office tasks.

We’re seeking an occupational therapist whose interest is piqued by the idea of consistent collaboration with music therapists and speech therapists, who are experienced in working closely with families, and who is energized at the thought of working on a team where regulation underscores all we do. We’re looking for a clinician with a robust understanding of sensory needs, as well as the skills to help clients/families implement coping tools and strategies across environments.
In this role, you will work primarily with children and teens, providing assessment, treatment planning, and direct therapy services. You’d be predominantly working with autistic and neurodivergent individuals, as well as individuals with all kinds of disabilities.
