We’re Hiring! Contract Occupational Therapist / OTA

Elevate Pediatric Therapy is looking for a passionate, fun, and flexible OT or OTA to join our growing team! This is a 1099 contract position with the opportunity to grow into W2 part-time or full-time as the caseload expands. At Elevate Pediatric Therapy, we focus on real life impact—providing home and community based sessions with an emphasis on leisure and play to help kids thrive in ways that matter most.

What the role looks like:

  • Provide home and community-based pediatric OT services in Parker, Centennial, Castle Rock, Littleton, and Highlands Ranch
  • Work with children and families to support skills in self-care, sensory processing, motor development, functional independence, community engagement, and leisure exploration.
  • Create fun, meaningful, and individualized treatment sessions in natural environments

Position Details:

  • Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor with future W-2 employment
  • Pay: $45-$65 per billable hour
  • Schedule: Flexible – part-time or full-time options
  • Service Areas: South Aurora, Centennial, Parker, Castle Rock, Littleton, Highlands Ranch
  • Setting: Home- and community-based sessions (homes, parks, rec centers, grocery stores, libraries, schools/daycares)

Responsibilities

OT:

  • Conduct pediatric OT evaluations and treatment sessions
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
  • Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals
  • Complete documentation (progress notes, daily notes, plan of care updates, etc.) in a timely manner

COTA:

  • Implement skilled OT treatment under an OT plan of care
  • Collaborate with supervising OT and caregivers
  • Complete documentation in a timely manner

Qualifications

  • Active Colorado OT or COTA license
  • Pediatric experience preferred (new grads with strong pediatric fieldwork encouraged)
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
  • Reliable transportation
  • Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
  • Passion for family-centered, strengths-based pediatric care
