Occupational Therapist (OT) & Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric occupational therapy services in home health and outpatient settings

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Support participation in daily routines, play, self-care, school, and community activities

• Collaborate closely with families and caregivers

• Complete documentation, progress reports, and care coordination

• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and treatment planning

• Foster strengths-based, neuroaffirming therapeutic relationships

BILINGUAL A PLUS!

Qualifications

For OT Applicants:

• Current Occupational Therapy license

• Pediatric experience preferred

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

For COTA Applicants:

• Current COTA certification and state licensure

• Pediatric experience preferred

• Passion for family-centered care
