We follow the child's interests, build trust first, and create therapeutic experiences that are meaningful, motivating, and fun.
π Flexible Service Delivery
Provide care in homes, communities, and our pediatric outpatient clinic, allowing children to thrive in their natural environments.
π Collaborative Team Culture
Work alongside Speech-Language Pathologists, Nurses and other pediatric specialists who are committed to family-centered care and clinical excellence.
β’ Provide pediatric occupational therapy services in home health and outpatient settings
β’ Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
β’ Support participation in daily routines, play, self-care, school, and community activities
β’ Collaborate closely with families and caregivers
β’ Complete documentation, progress reports, and care coordination
β’ Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and treatment planning
β’ Foster strengths-based, neuroaffirming therapeutic relationships
BILINGUAL A PLUS!
β’ Current Occupational Therapy license
β’ Pediatric experience preferred
β’ Strong communication and collaboration skills
β’ Current COTA certification and state licensure
β’ Pediatric experience preferred
